She believes in keeping residents informed, making town services easy to navigate, and creating a
positive experience for everyone who lives or works in Carl. Whether she’s coordinating town
projects, helping a neighbor find the right resource, or supporting the Mayor and Council, Christy is
committed to strengthening the sense of community that defines Carl.

Lives in Hoschton with my husband, Clarence. Came to Carl with a wealth of experience in business management, Developmental/Zoning Code as well as IBC and IRC Building Code.
University of North Ga (Oakwood) as a Mathematics major with minors in Physics and Education and an Associates in Biblical Studies.

Kim Ford
Kim has lived in Barrow County for 35 years. She is also currently employed with the USPS as a Postal Clerk in Winder for the past 20 years. Kim is very committed to improving the communication between the property owners and the Town, as well as helping to improve the safety, beauty, and welfare of the community.
