Born in Hancock County, GA in 1939 and moved to Barrow County in 2002. Mr. Cheely is a retired National Guard Soldier and truck driver and his hobbies include farming and fishing. Mr. Cheely has served the on the Carl Council since 2010.

Born in Barrow County, GA in 1952 and is a 1970 graduate of Winder High School. Mr. Shedd married Zita Wood Shedd in 1974 and they have one son and three grandchildren together. Mr. Shedd retired from Sears. Mr. Shedd loves spending time in the Georgia mountains. Mr. Shedd has served on the Carl Council since 2010.impact in our community.

A proud resident of the Town of Carl since 2014. Originally from metro Detroit, Michigan, Jason has dedicated his life to public service and community involvement. He has served as a police officer since 2007, bringing many years of experience in law enforcement to his role on the Town Council.
