Interim Mayor

Born in Barrow County, GA in 1952 and is a 1970 graduate of Winder High School. Mr. Shedd married Zita Wood Shedd in 1974 and they have one son and three grandchildren together. 

Mr. Shedd retired from Sears. Mr. Shedd loves spending time in the Georgia mountains. Mr. Shedd has served on the Carl Council since 2010.impact in our community..
