Kim Ford
The Code Enforcement Officer for the Town of Carl. Kim has lived in Barrow County for 35 years. She is also currently employed with the USPS as a Postal Clerk in Winder for the past 20 years. Kim is very committed to improving the communication between the property owners and the Town, as well as helping to improve the safety, beauty, and welfare of the community.
